Before confidently buying into a service it is a good thing to understand how things will go about. We will shortly explain the steps we will go through together with the client. The main purpose of having these steps is the increase the probability of things smoothly moving forwards as planned and as little surprises as possible to pop up, not to limit or tie anyone down. The goal is to seek mutual agreement and satisfaction and building a sound basis for future collaboration.
First we need to establish what it is that you need from a functional perspective and what you want from a visual perspective. Through one or more meetings we will determine this together with you. Step by step, until you are happy with it.
We will get to work with your input and come up with one or more proposals with maybe slightly different approaches which you will get to decide upon.
Depending on which proposal you choose we will make a final quote on costs so you know what is what.
Once you are ready to accept the proposal with the costs involved you will be ask to confirm for the project to be developed. If you decide you still have questions or doubts we go back to step 2 until you are satisfied.
By accepting the quote you will also be accepting our terms & conditions which you can read by clicking here.
Once you have accepted the quote we can start working for you following the agreed upon timeline.
The first version of the product is offered for review. Since it was build to fit your requests from step 1 and by your acceptance from step 4 we can't completely overhaul the project anymore but the aim of this step is to be able to incorporate all those little visual decisions that were maybe not considered by you before: different color somewhere, a bit bigger heading or swapping out a picture for example.
On your feedback we will start making the requested changes.
The final version will be offered for review. Of course, if something small comes up there is still time to work on that but the general product is done.
After all is said and done it is time to release the product which might mean that we can send a zip-file with the course, that we put the website live, or both!
Yes, that is correct. Unless there is a need we do not ask for a down payment so it is not until now that we will put forward an invoice that mimics the original quote that was accepted.
